Submit a Request

What Happens Next

  1. We receive your request and assign it a reference number.
  2. For requests that affect account data, we may need to verify your identity before proceeding (for example, by asking you to confirm from your account email).
  3. We respond within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR Article 12.
  4. For complex requests, we may request an extension and inform you within the first 30 days if more time is needed.

Privacy Note

Information you submit via this form is stored in our system for the purpose of processing your request and as audit evidence required by law. We may retain a record of the request and our response for up to 24 months.
